These scholarships are granted by the ministry of education and science through various intituciones. Consists in the realization of labor practices in a foreign community usually for several months. The scholarship is including roundtrip ticket from the place of origin to destination, accommodation and a small support. For this scholarship you must have some kind of study either vocational training (intermediate level or above) or as in my case having a university degree and very important to be unemployed and be registered as unemployed (for those of average I think FP is not necessary.)
